At Lose To Gain, you can request deletion of your account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how to make that request and what happens afterwards.
How to Request Deletion
To delete your Lose To Gain account and personal data, send us an email:
- Email info@losetogainbd.com from the email address linked to your account.
- Use the subject line
Data Deletion Request. - In the message, include the name and email (or community ID) you used to sign up, so we can locate your account.
If you signed up using Facebook or Google, please mention which login you used. You can also remove our app’s access from your Facebook or Google account settings at any time, though that alone does not delete the data already stored with us — please email us to complete deletion.
What Will Be Deleted
When we process your request, we permanently delete the personal information associated with your account, including:
- Your account and profile information (name, email, profile details)
- Your health and fitness data (body metrics, goals, preferences)
- Your daily check-in logs, streaks, points, and generated plans
- Your leaderboard entries and any community activity
Timeline
We will acknowledge your request and complete the deletion within 30 days. We will email you to confirm once it is done.
Information We May Retain
In limited cases, we may need to keep certain records (for example, to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations, or to resolve disputes). Any such retained information is kept only as long as required and is not used for any other purpose.
