How Does Online Personal Training Work?
Online personal training is a comprehensive fitness coaching service that involves our drawing on years of experience to design a meal planner and physical training program that will help you achieve your goals and transform your body in a healthy fashion. Your program is designed on a bespoke basis based on you providing me information about your lifestyle, food habits, diet history, exercise history, current fitness levels, personal logistics (by way of gym access, home fitness equipment etc), past struggle and current preferences.
Are the programs truly customised ?
Yes, both our custom macro/ nutrition programs and custom training programs are truly 100% tailored to you and your needs. You will fill out a comprehensive form and your program will be based on the information provided.
What do I expect on signing up?
• Once you’ve submitted the enrolment form, we will send you a text/email to schedule a call. We will also provide you payment details on that text. a mail will be sent to you where you will be asked to fill out a comprehensive form and let your coach learn about you. • On the initial call we will discuss about your fitness goal, current struggle and your current lifestyle, we will also talk about ways to overcome your obstacles and achieve your goal. • After the initail call you will make the payment and your mentor will send you a easy to fill form with questionaries that helps your mentor to design your program. • Our mentor usually takes 2-3 days to design your program. • We will send your plan along with guideline to follow it over messenger or email. • We will closely monitor your progress and make necessary changes over time if required. We will make fitness fit your life rather than the other way round.
Do you help me with my medical conditions / injuries?
As this is an online service, we’re not in a position to diagnose your medical conditions or injuries. Medical advice is not a part of our service. To be clear, although the programs work toward optimal health they are not intended as a replacement for personalised medical advice.
How often can I speak with the mentors at Personal Best?
You can contact your trainer at Personal Best by email or instant message on messenger/ Whatsapp, and should expect a reply within 24 hours. Depending on which program (basic/premium) you enrol you will have 3 (basic) or 12 (premium) thirty-minute consultation call. You will have these coaching sessions at a time of your convenience. If you enjoy and require maximal motivation and support, it is best to enrol for premium program.

Payment & Refund

How do i make payment for the program?
Once you fill-up the enrolment form our mentor will get back to you with payment details and schedule the first call. You can transfer the payment directly to the mentor’s provided account. You can do an online transfer or cash deposit also you can use mobile banking such as Bkash but you have to pay 2% bkash charges.
Can I pay the fee in instalments?
You have to pay the full amount in advance. Currently, we do not have any installment system.
What Is your refund policy?
If you wish wish to cancel the program you have to submit a refund request within 15 days of you starting date. You will get 50% refund if you submit the request within 15 days. After 15 days no refund will be provided.
